This is a beautiful and diverse piece of property located in the Pumpkin Hill Community on the opposite side of the highest point in Utila, Pumpkin Hill. The Community is still small and being less populated than other areas of Utila, still possesses a quaint and serene feel. The 104 feet of beachfront included in this property is a part of the secluded Pumpkin Hill Beach from where surf can be seen breaking on an out-lying natural break water which creates dramatic effects. There are shallow natural wading pools off of the beach where one can enjoy the natural surroundings and watch the waves.
